Description
The body of the Golden Catch Onnex reel is made of durable yet lightweight carbon fiber. The power potential of the coil is implemented by means of a large main pair made of an aluminum drive gear and a brass driven gear. The driven gear is seated on two support ball bearings. This solution eliminates the wedging of the main pair under loads and ensures a long service life of the mechanism. The large parasitic gear combined with the precise S-groove of the spool drive ensures smooth line placement.
The Golden Catch Onnex reel has 5 high quality ball bearings (4 in the body and 1 in the line roller) and one instant backstop roller bearing.
Aluminum Long Cast reel base and Onnex reel ensure easy line flow during reeling and increase casting distance.
The combination of the Long Cast reel's strong base with the Golden Catch Onnex reel itself makes it an excellent choice for fishing where good line grip is required, as well as long casts.
